Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket and attending any live event organized by ND Studio. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Cancellation Policy: a. ND Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, ND Studio will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders via the contact information provided during the ticket purchase process. New tickets will be issued to those who have already paid.
2. Proof of Purchase: a. Attendees must present a valid proof of purchase, such as an electronic or printed ticket, upon arrival at the event venue. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase may result in denial of entry.
3. Recording and Distribution: a. By attending our live events, you grant ND Studio the right to record, photograph, and distribute your likeness for promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertising, marketing materials, and social media. ND Studio will make reasonable efforts to respect privacy concerns and ensure that these recordings are used responsibly.
4. Venue Liability: a. ND Studio and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or harm caused by the event venue or its facilities. Attendees agree to hold ND Studio harmless in case of any such incidents.
5. Compliance with Venue Rules: a. All attendees must comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the event venue. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund. This includes refraining from any form of harassment towards performers, audience members, or staff.
6. Valid ID Requirements: a. Select venues may require attendees to present a valid identification document, such as a driver's license, passport, or age verification card, for entry. ND Studio reserves the right to deny entry to individuals who fail to provide a valid ID or fail to meet the age requirements specified by the venue.

By attending an ND Studio live event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ND Studio. ND Studio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms and Conditions for any changes.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting entry to the Screenwriters Script Contest by ND Studio. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Multiple Submissions: Participants are allowed to submit multiple scripts for the contest. Each submission should be a separate entry and must comply with the submission guidelines provided.
2. Winning is Not Guaranteed: Multiple winners may be chosen. Please note that winning the contest is not guaranteed. The selection process will be fair and impartial, and the decision of the executive panel will be final. The panel reserves the right to not select a winner if no script meets the desired criteria.
3. Production Rights: By submitting your script to the contest, you acknowledge and agree that if your script is selected as the winner, ND Studio will have exclusive production rights to the script. This includes the rights to produce, distribute, exhibit, and exploit the script in any format or medium.
4. Submissions in Perpetuity: Unless a written request for submission removal is received, all submitted scripts will remain in perpetuity with ND Studio. This means that ND Studio will retain the right to refer to, review, and potentially select any submitted script for production at any time in the future, even if it did not win the contest.
5. Eligibility: The screenwriters script contest is open to all individuals who meet the following criteria:
   1. Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of submission, or must have guardian consent if under the age of 18 years.
   2. Must be the original author and sole owner of the script.
   3. Must have the legal right to submit the script and grant production rights.
   4. Must comply with any additional eligibility requirements specified by ND Studio.
6. Submission Guidelines: To participate in the contest, scripts must adhere to the following guidelines:
   1. Scripts can be in any genre and written for any method of release/broadcast.
   2. Scripts should be written in English, but not required.
   3. Scripts should be properly formatted and presented.
   4. Scripts made for a series should include the entire first season, with further seasons preferred to be in the drafting process.
   5. Scripts should be submitted before the deadline in order to be considered for that year's competition.
7. Copyright and Ownership: Participants retain the copyright and ownership of their scripts. However, by submitting the script to the contest, participants grant ND Studio the rights mentioned in point 3.
8. Confidentiality: ND Studio will take reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality of the submitted scripts. However, participants acknowledge that ND Studio cannot guarantee complete confidentiality and should not submit any confidential or proprietary information.
9. Disqualification: ND Studio reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ND Studio Ticket Giveaway Contest ("Contest") organized by ND Studio ("Organizer"). By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Contest. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
2. Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of ND Studio and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry: Only one entry per person is required to enter the Contest. Any additional entries will be disqualified. Entries must be submitted through the official entry method, as determined by the Organizer.
4. Winner Selection: Multiple winners may be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest period. The winners will be selected in a fair and unbiased manner using a random selection process. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. Notification and Prize Claim: The winners will be notified via email or phone within 1 days of the Contest closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 hours before event closing, another winner may be selected.
6. ND Studio Right to Contact Participants: By participating in the Contest, you grant ND Studio the right to contact you via email or phone for purposes related to the Contest, including prize notification and delivery.
7. Prize: The prize for the Contest will be an individual ticket, group ticket, Season Pass, or VIP pass. The prize is transferable and/or may be exchanged for other alternative tickets when available. ND Studio reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
8. Tax Liability: Any applicable local, state, or federal taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to provide necessary tax information to ND Studio for tax reporting purposes.
9. Events Eligibility: ND Studio reserves the right to determine the eligibility of events for which the tickets can be redeemed. Some events may not be eligible for the Contest, and ND Studio will provide information regarding eligible events.
10. General Conditions: ND Studio reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice. ND Studio
